How to Stage an Ad

Upload

Drop the client's video file into CLIENT UPLOADS via the Synology share link.

Tag

Filename starts with SALESERNEST_, SALESAMY_, etc. so the monitor knows it's yours.

Demo

Variants render automatically. Open /ad-preview/?sp=ernest on the call, hit a placement, smooth crossfade plays the spot.

Preview shell only. Monitor daemon + ffmpeg variant pipeline + R2 staging are spec'd but not yet built. Inject buttons remain disabled until that lands. Ping to greenlight Phase 1.
